Select the desired resistor value via the ECG CMR switch.
A 20V peak-to-peak sine wave at line frequency is applied
to the ECG inputs of the monitor through the circuit shown
to the right. When the CMR switch is in the BAL position.
the value of the resistor marked Ris 1 kQ. When the
CMR switch is in the 5 kQ UNBAL position, the value of
Ris 6kQ.
Refer to the common mode rejection specifications in the
service manual for the maternal/fetal monitor being tested.
