2.4 Initial Utility Installation

PLANET "Smart Discovery" is a software utility used to search the IP Metered PDU product on a

network quickly and with ease.

Step 1:

Please download the Smart Discovery tool from

Step 2: Please press the "Refresh" button to find out your IP Metered PDU.

1. Before searching the IP, please make sure your PC is in the same IP segment as

control gateway.

2. Do not set double IP addresses on the same LAN card.

Step 3:

Enter the IP address and log in to the homepage of IPM.
