Basic Operation
To raise the
pitch, press the
Up Key. To lower the pitch,
press
the
Down Key.
UP
... Pitch goes up
DOWN
·.. Pitch goes down
The pitch of drum voices can be set between -7 to +7. If the TR
-626 is not in the Play mode, this setting can be done while checking
the volume with the Main
Key.
If you would like to change other drum voices' pitches, repeat Steps
2 and 3.
While pressing the Shift Key again, push the Pitch Key to leave the
pitch mode.
PITCH will no longer be displayed.

The pitch can be adjusted in every mode
( see page 21) except while
writing an accent.

The actual variable range of pitch in each drum voice differs from each
other. Changing pitches of a voice may result in change of tone.

While holding
To initialize the TR-626's level and pitch settings to the values set
in the factory, do the following :
Make sure that the unit is turned off, then turn the unit on while
holding the Level Key down.
