WORKING PROCESS
1. Peel off the separator from Earth plate(A) A
and stick it on LCD holder(B). (Fig.1)
2. Attach processed LCD to
processed Escutcheon
after the blow of air. (Fig.2)
3. Insert Lead(2P) on the LCD side
in the socket of LCD PWB. (Fig.3)

4. Attach LCD PWB on LCD holder
while holding Flex-PWB on the LCD side,
and twist the 2 tabs.

WORKING PROCESS
1. Unlock Flex-socket (J102,J104,J105)
of LCD PWB.
2. Insert FPC of Panel PWB-B
into Flex-socket(J105) of LCD PWB,
and lock it.
3. Insert Flex-PWB of LCD
into Flex-socket(J104) of LCD PWB,
and lock it.
4. Insert Flex-PWB of touch panel
into Flex-socket(J102) of LCD PWB,
and lock it.

5. Arrange FPC of Panel PWB-B
under LCD PWB.

1. Turn the left of rear cover to up,
apply grease on the shaft.

2. Insert the spring and the roller
apply grease
in shaft(left side) of rear cover.
3. Turn the right of rear cover to up,
apply grease on the shaft.
4. Insert the spring and the roller
in shaft(right side) of rear cover.
