Personalizing the Greeting

Your personal outgoing message or greeting can be from 2 to 30
seconds long. If you don't record a greeting, the system uses a pre-
recorded greeting: Hello, no one is available to take your call. Please
leave a message after the tone.

Delete your Switch to your personal greeting, then press

Turn on the call screen feature so you can hear
callers as they leave messages on the base speaker
(see p. 20).
Turn your answering system on or off.

Switch greetings or delete your greeting (see

Open the menu with the phone in standby. Select
Setup, then Record
