Audio Path

The Mitel MiVoice 6940 IP phone allows you go "handsfree" when handling incoming and outgoing calls
by supporting the use of a headset (Integrated DECT Headset, Bluetooth, USB, or through speakerphone
mode. The Audio Path setting allows you to choose the initial audio path used when pressing
the (Speaker/Headset) key. There are two audio path options that you can select:

Speaker
Description
The default setting. When using the handset,
pressing the (Speaker/Headset) key on
the phone switches to the speakerphone.
Pressing the (Speaker/Headset) key
again switches to the headset (if connected).
When using the speakerphone or headset, lift the
handset to switch to the handset.
