7.5 Signal Adjustment
Input the 15 kHz/60 Hz YPBPR BETACAM SETUP
7.5 color bar signal to the RGB/COMPONENT
connector.
Press the RGB/CMPNT switch on the operation panel
and select YPBPR BETA 7.5.
Connect an oscilloscope to TP203.
Adjust Y/G BLACK (A2—8C) data on the MENU so that
the pedestal portion becomes flat as shown in Fig. 3-15.

Standard value : 0110 mV

Connect an oscilloscope to TP1251.
Adjust the Y LEVEL (A2—88) data on the MENU so
that the amplitude becomes the standard value as
shown in Fig. 3-16.
Standard value : A = 640 420 mVp-p

Adjust the G-Y/B (A2~AC) on the MENU so that the
second step of the waveform has the standard value as
shown in Fig. 3-17, Remove the difference in ampli-
tudes between the second step and the third step of the
waveform with G-Y/R (A2~9E) on the MENU. Adjust
finely until the peak portion from the second step to the
fourth step of the waveform has the same amplitude.
