CLEANING AND
INSPECTING THE RUNNING BELT
ERROR CODES
Turn the unit off ana unplug the election! cord trom the wall
outlet and from the read mil. Carefuiy turn the treadmill on
its side.
Wipe off the inside of the running belt using a harsh brush.
Do not use solvents.
Rotate the running belt carefully by hand to clean die entre
insde face Loosen the beV adjusting screws at the back of
the treadmill, if necessary. Return the treadmill into the
upright position.
H running belt edges are frayed, check tire running belt
alignment. Ifsoamsaro splitting contact your local Tuntuti
representative.
CLEANING THE TREADMILL
Wipe the treadmill surfaces, especially the handlebars and
meter from dust with a damp cloth or towel. Do net use
solvents.
Use a small vacuum nozzle to carefully vacuum around all
visible components (belt, running deck, side rails etc). By
supporting the device on one of the side rails you can also
vacuum it trem below. Vacuum a'so from tnsioe the motor
hood.
Ciean the 'oilers once a year as fotiows: Icosen the adjusting
boiis and wipe the 'oilers with a harsh orush. Tighten the
tension adjustment bolts. Cheer, that ihe running belt is
aligned and centered cn the troadm.ll bod.
LUBRICATING THE RUNNING DECK
NOTE Lubrication is the moat importont aorrice activity
for the treadmill. Ensure before you start fo use your
treadmill and every 60 hours of use that both the belt and the
running deck are moist with lubricant. I! these are dry. the
treadmill must be carefully luDrlcated. Lubrication is
absolutely essential, if the frietdn of the running dock
increases noticeably or the motor begins fo neat up.
Insufficient lubrication will cause the belt, running deck and
metor to wear out and break.
Tho nood for rolubricatbn depends to a great extent cn the
running styles ard weignt cf the user: heavy user weight and
slow speed put partcular strah on the device and therefore
demand greater lubrication. Use only 7-Lube enclosed to
lubricate ihe treadmill. Contact your local Tuntuti dealer for
further suppkes of 7-Lube

Ploose apoly T-Lubo os follows:
Lei the treadmill run at a slow spiced and spray T-Lube
directly to the undennoe of the running oet: for 5 seconcs.
Cnsure that a strip ol about 20 cm (O'/wide on tl<e underside
of tho running tall becomes moist with T-Luba along >ts
whole length.
In case of certain faults relating to the electronics cf the
treadmill, it has an integral fault-finding system n order that
faults can be found and corrected as quickly as possible.
The fault-finding system obviously does not cover all
possible faults, but it ooes help to identify the most likely
faults resulting trom iong-term use. When suen a fault
occurs, the dispVxy shows one of the fault codes below:

If any error code apooars on tho display orthoro aro othor
malfunctions proceed as follows-
1.
Turn off ffie power switch for a minute and then
tum it on again.
2.
Insure the tether key is property .nserted.
3.
insure the power cord is propen'/ plugged.
4.
Insure tho troac/mil) Ic proporly lubricatod <soo 4.3).
5.
It the error code dees not disappear after the
above mentioned maintenance actions, please
contact your local Tuntuti dealer. Always give
tho error coda and coral number.

Tie tether key c not properly installed
In spite of continuous quality control, individual defects ard
malfunctions may occttr due to individual components. It is
in roost cases unnecessary to tale the whole treadmill for
repair, as t is usually sufficient to replace the defective part.
USER MAINTENANCE MENU
The total treadmill running time and total distance are
automatically savec in the memory of the treadmil. if ycu
wish tc chock the total values during assonby measures, for
example*, proceed as follows:
1.
Press and hold the STOP key while pressing toe
SCAWSELECI key (when meter displays *enter
weight" mode). The motor displays tho user set
up mode
2.
Press and hold the STOP key again wMe
pressng first tne SCAN/SELECT key and then
the ENTER key.
3.
The meter will scan the following functions:
software version, total tine and tots! distance.
4.
Press ENTER key twice to exit the user
maintenance menu.
