USING THE SMART BGM FUNCTION
You can enjoy music during video playback. If the original sound in
the video is big, the background music will be decreased naturally.
On the other hand, if the original sound in the video is small, the
background music will be increased naturally.
This function works only in the video playback (

Select the desired video to play back and then press the [SMART
BGM] button.

To cancel, press the [SMART BGM] button again.
You can change the background music in the Smart BGM Option.

CAPTURING PHOTOS WHILE PLAYING
BACK VIDEO
You can capture photos during video playback.

Select the video thumbnail view.

You can easily switch between
video and photo thumbnail view
using the [Zoom] lever.

Use the [Control (Up/Down/Left/
Right)] button to select the desired
videos, and then press the [Control
(OK)] button.
The camcorder plays back

videos you selected.

Aim the camcorder at the scene
you want to capture and then
press the [PHOTO] button.

The captured photo is recorded in JPEG format.

To stop playback and return to the thumbnail view, use the
[Zoom] lever.
Photos are captured in the same resolution of the video recording.
