Insert two size AA (R6) batteries (supplied) by matching tile O and O on
the batteries to the diagraln inside the battery compartment.
/-_ Toavoid possible damage from battery leakage, remove the batteries if
you anticipate the remote control will not be usedfor an extended period.
/_ Handlethe remote control with care. Avoid dropping it, getting it wet, or
placing it in direct sunlight, near a heater, or in high humidity.
/_ Your remote control can be programmed to operate most video
equipment. (See "Programming the Remote Control" on page 58.)
