Before cooking

• Before using your pressure cooker, always visually make sure that
the steam release conduit (C) is clear
• Also make sure that the safety valve moves freely: refer to the "Clea-
ning and Maintenance" heading.
• Close your pressure cooker

• Press it all the way down and turn it to the desired position
• Always make sure that the pressure cooker is properly closed before
using it.
• Place your pressure cooker on a heat source set to maximum power.

Finishing cooking

crease the heat level, or on the contrary, reduce it a little.
