Function Operation
Send/Edit a Message
Before sending a message the message centre number must be entered, see
"Message Centre" below.
Create a New Message
Use ©) or (A) to display "CREATE NEW MESSAGE?", then press (©),
Enter a message followed by (9. You can then follow the procedure in "Send a
Message" below.
Edit a Stored Message
Use V or (A) to display "EDIT STORED MESSAGE?", then press (94),
Enter the message number that you wish to edit. Edit the message, if required, then
press (9), You can then follow the procedure in "Send a Message" below.
Send a Current Message
To send a message that is already stored in the message area, you must select
"EDIT STORED MESSAGE?" , then press (°.
Enter the message number that you wish to send, then press (2, You can then
follow the procedure in "Send a Message" below.
Send a Message
Enter the destination telephone number, or recall a telephone number from
memory, then press (0X).
Select if you want to store the message by pressing V or (A), then (°.
If you do not want to store the message press W& to send the message.
If you do want to store the message, enter a location number then press S to send
the message.
Message Centre
The Message Centre is where messages are sent before they are forwarded onto
their destination.
The Message Centre telephone number may be pre-programmed into your SIM or
supplied by your Service Provider.
Enter the Message Centre telephone number, then press (9.
