Connecting to the Macintosh

For Mac OS 9.0 or later users, the computer will recognize the camera and load its own USB driver while the USB cable
is connected so that installing the USB driver is not necessary.
Turn the computer and camera on.
Connect one end of the USB cable to the USB port on
the computer, and the other end to the USB
connector on this camera.
NOTE
• When the USB cable is connected, this camera is considered to be a removable disk.
• With the USB driver installed, the computer will recognize the camera while reconnecting the USB cable
so that images can be transferred.
• Auto Power Off does not function while connecting this camera to the computer.
