Procedure
Selecting Filter Mode
The HP E4916A can measure and display the band-pass filter insertion
loss and -XdB bandwidth. Also, you can choose between constant
and minimum loss for insertion loss.
1. Sequentially press
[(blue)
) and
(cl Value
(Fit)) to select the filter mode.
2. Connect the filter to the Source port and the Test port using BNC
cables.
3. Be sure to insert a 6 dB attenuator between the filter and the
Source port.
