11) WEATHER ~ ALERT ~ MIC GAIN
WEATHER
(short press)
CB functions are not allowed in

Press WEATHER key (11) in order to activate the
"WX" appears on the display. A new short press on WEATHER key

The WEATHER mode allows to hear weather information. When
the mode is activated, use channel selector switches to move
through the 7 weather channels to find the active channel in your
local area.
ALERT

Note: The SIREN tone sounds when ALERT is detected in the se-

mode to detect tones in all the WEATHER channels (see the § IN
WEATHER MODE on page 9).

The TALKBACK function allows to ear your own modulation with
the CB speaker.
While pressing PTT switch (13), press the MODE key (7) to activate/
deactivate TALKBACK function. When the function is on, "TALK-
BACK" is displayed.
