Operation
4.1 Switching on the warewasher
The warewasher is ready for operation as soon as the start button lights up white.
4.2 Washing

Risk of scalding from hot wash water

– Do not wash without a wash rack.
– Do not wash electrical cooking appliances.
– Do not wash parts made of wood.
– Do not wash ashtrays or objects covered with wax.
– Only wash heat-resistant plastic parts and those resistant to alkalis.
Instructions for a good wash result
– Soak the cutlery until it is clean. Do not use any foaming pre-cleaners.
– Do not polish glasses, cutlery or dishes. Germs and bacteria can be found even in
fresh multi-purpose cloths.
– Wash parts made of aluminium, e.g. pots, containers or trays, only with a suitable de-
tergent to avoid black discolouration.
If the wash result is unsatisfactory, observe the instructions in the detailed operating in-
structions or contact an authorised service technician.
Arranging the wash items in the wash rack
Ø
Remove large pieces of food residues.
Ø
Pour out beverage residues (outside the warewasher).
Ø
Place plates with their upper surface facing forwards.
Ø
Place glasses, cups, bowls and pots rim down.

Do not open the hood during washing.
Before opening the hood, cancel the washing programme by pressing
the start button and wait a few seconds.
