Limited Warranty
Shure Incorporated (·Shure") hereby warrants to the original consumer purchaser only that, except as otherwise specified below, this prod-
uct will be free in nonnal use of any defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the consumer's original date of
purchase directly from Shure or from a Shure-authorized reseller.
Al'ly rechargeable batteries contained In or packaged with this product are so warranted for a period of one (1) year from the consumer's
original date of purchase. However, rechargeable batteries are consumable and their capacity will be reduced over time based on tem-
perature, amount ol time in storage, charging cycles, and other factors; hence reduction in battery capacity does not constitute a defect in
material or workmanship.
At its sole option, Shure will repair or replace the defective
product
and promptly return
it
to you. ln order for this warranty to be valid, the
consumer must, at the time the product is returned, provide proof of purchase in the form of the original purchase receipt directly from Shure
or from a Shure-authorized reseller. If Shure elects to replace the defective product, then Shure reserves the right to replace the defective
product with another product of the same model or a model of at least comparable quality and features in Shure's sole determination.
If you believe this product is defective within the warranty period, carefully repack the unit, insure it and return it with pmof of purchase, post-
age prepaid, to Shure Incorporated, Attention: Service Department, at the address below.

Beperkte Garantie
Shure Incorporated rshure·) garandeert uitsluitend de oorspronkelijke koper dat dit product bij normaal gebruik geen materiaal- of constructi-

Voor oplaadbare batterijen die in dit product zijn opgenomen of erbij zijn meegeleverd, geld! deze garantie 88n (1) jaar vanaf de oorspronkelijke
aankoopdatum. Oplaadbare batterijen zijn echter onderhevig aan slijtage en de capaciteit ervan neemt na verloop van tijd al als gevolg van
factoren zeals temperatuur, opslagtijd, oplaadcycli, enz. Daarom wordt de afname van de capaciteit van de batterijen nlet als materiaal- of
constructlefout beschouwd.

die ze direct van Shure of een door Shure erk.ende wederverkoper hebben ontvangen. Als Shure ervoor kiest het defecte product te vervangen,
behoudt Shure zich het recht voor het delecte product te vervangen door een ander product van hetzelfde model of van een model dat minstens
dezelfde kwalitelt en functies heefl, zulks uitsluitend ter beoordeling van Shure.
Als u van mening bent dat dit product binnen de garantieperiode gebreken bevat, pakt u het product voorzichlig opnieuw in, venekert u he! en
retourneert u het franco met het aankoopbewijs aan Shure Incorporated, ter attentie van: Service Department, op het onderstaande adres.
Buiten de Verenigde Staten retourneert u het product aan de handelaar of een erkend servicecentrum van Shure. De adressen worden op www.

Deze garantie is niet overdraagbaar. De garantie Is niet geldig als het product van een andere partij dan Shure of door Shure erkende
wederverkoper is gekocht of als er sprake is van verkeerd gebruik van het product, gebruik dat afwijkt van de aanwijzingen van Shure, gewone
slijtage, overmacht, nalatigheid, onbevoegde reparatie of aanpassing van het product.
