2.3c Change Overall Timbre (''Brighter/Duller'')
Although there are many ways to change timbre in the DPM V3, the following
method is fast and takes care of many situations where you want to modify timbre.
1. Assuming you're in the Edit menu, select the FILTER Cutoff/Res page.
2. Press the Right Arrow button. The Cutoff parameter will flash.
3. Increase the value for a brighter sound; decrease for a duller sound.

Sometimes the timbre responds dynamically over time, perhaps according to
keyboard velocity or to the DPM V3's internal envelope generators. The DPM V3 of-

2. Press the Right Arrow button until the volume parameter flashes.
