Kensington lock
ThinkEdge SE350 V2 is designed to be used with various mounting options, including desktop mount and
rack mount. Depending on the mounting option, the node can stand alone in desktop mount or be installed in
an enclosure.
• For a node installed in an enclosure, there is no external lock for the server.
• For a node in desktop mount, the ThinkEdge SE350 V2 Anti-Tampering Keylock Kit—including a
Kensington lock on the outside and an internal lock mechanism with electronic switch on the inside—can
be used to secure the top cover to the node.

• For the removal and installation of the internal lock switch with cable of this anti-tampering keylock inside
the node, see "Keylock switch with cable replacement" in the User Guide or Hardware Maintenance
Guide.
