5 * POWER Press POWER to turn off the VCR.
The © indicator appears in the display window and the VCR
stands by for recording. When using a cable box, leave it on.

Daily/weekly recording
In step 2 above, push the joystick to $ to select the recording pattern. Each
time you push the joystick to 4, the indication changes as shown below.
Push the joystick to # to change the indication in reverse order.
the current date —> SU-SA —- MO-SA — MO-FR — EVERY SA —..... —
EVERY MO —> EVERY SU — 1 month later — (dates count down) — the
current date

© To set the channel, you can also use the CH+/—, number buttons, or shuttle ring
during stop.
* To set the tape speed, you can also use SP/EP.

* If you are using cable box control, you cannot select "L1" or "L2".
