Custom Setting a4: Disable Lock-on
This option controls how autofocus adjusts to
sudden large changes in the distance to the sub-
ject. Highlight a4 Disable lock-on in the second
level of the CSM menu (
multi selector to the right. Press the multi selector
up or down to highlight an option, then press to
the right to make a selection.

release button and the AF-ON buttons can be
used to initiate autofocus or whether autofocus
is only initiated when one of the AF-ON buttons
is pressed. Highlight a5 AF activation in the sec-
ond level of the CSM menu (
multi selector to the right. Press the multi selector
up or down to highlight an option, then press to
the right to make a selection.
