possible cause
1. pneumatic shear is being
overloaded.
2. Jaws are dull or loose.
3. trigger is at fault.

clogged.
5. insufficient air supply volume
or pressure.
6. incorrect lubrication

7. Water is entering tool.
8. Air tool motor clogged with
oil-water sludge.

solution
1. reduce feed pressure. only cut
materials within limits of tool.
2. dress or replace jaws.
3. remove any metal that may be
binding trigger from full travel.
4. Clean the filter screen behind
