Linkage Rods Replacement
Tools Required:
• 3/16" Allen wrench
• Torque wrench
Time:
20 minutes
Disconnect Power Source
Unplug power cord from power outlet.
WARNING: Shock and electrocution hazard.
• Unplug unit and let sit 10 minutes before cleaning or performing maintenance.
• Electrical charge can remain in unit after unplugging.
• Keep water and liquids away from electrical parts.
Remove linkage rod
1. Remove screw, flat washer, cap and spacer from both ends of linkage rod using a 3/16" Allen wrench.
2. Remove linkage rod.
Install linkage rod
1. Place linkage rod in correct position.
2. Place a drop of Loctite on the threads of screws and place another drop of Loctite into the shaft (where the screws
will be tightened into).
3. Install spacers, caps, flat washers, screws.
NOTE: Screws must be tightened to a minimum of 90 lbs-in.
