B Delete the old data of Date Book and To Do List.
In the case of Date Book, select Purge from the Record menu and set
purge to Delete events older than and in the case of To Do List, select
Purge from the Record menu and set purge to Delete all To Do items
marked completed.
B Delete the unnecessary memos and data.
