• Use slow speed. Choose a low gear s o

• Avoid starting orstopping ona slope. If
tires lose traction, disengage the
blades andproceed slowly s traight
down t heslope.
• If machine stops w hile going uphill,
disengage blades, shiftinto reverse
and back down slowly.
• Do not turn on slopes unless neces-
sary, and then, tum slowly and gradu-
ally downhill, if possible.

accidental starting when setting up,
transporting, adjusting or making repairs,
always disconnect spark plug wire and

heavy of a load, while on a slope, is

of your tractor.
