    Using the oven (Multifunction) This multifunction oven makes it possible to carry out various types of cooking, depending on the nature of the food, its firmness and volume. All cooking must be done with the oven door closed.The oven light remains on with all cooking functions.

This could cause a heat build-up which would affect the baking results and damage the oven enamel.
