This appliance comes with a hose and tube for extended reach during
vacuum cleaning.
Insert the appliance end of the hose into the nosepiece of the

appliance (Fig. 11).
Attach the brush tool or the crevice tool to the attachment end of
2
the hose for extended reach during vacuum cleaning (Fig. 12).
Cleaning
Never immerse the vacuum cleaner or the charger in water or any
other liquid.
Always remove the adapter from the wall socket before you clean the
charger.
Clean the outside of the appliance and the charger with a damp
1
cloth.
If the contact points of the charger are dirty, wipe them with a dry
2
cloth.
Emptying and cleaning the dust compartment
Make sure you empty and clean the dust compartment regularly.
Quick cleaning
To empty the dust compartment quickly:
Press the nozzle release button (1) and take the detachable nozzle
1
off the appliance (2) (Fig. 13).
Shake the contents of the dust compartment out into a
2
dustbin (Fig. 14).
thorough cleaning
Hold the appliance over a dustbin, press the dust compartment
1
release button (1) and remove the dust compartment (2) (Fig. 15).
