Adjusting the Clutch Lever
Freeplay
Loosen the lock nut.
1.
Turn the adjusting nut until the clutch

lever freeplay is 10 - 20 mm (0.4 - 0.8 in).
Tighten the lock nut and check the clutch

lever freeplay again.
Start the engine, pull the clutch lever in,
4.
and shift into gear. Make sure the engine
does not stall and the vehicle does not
creep. Gradually release the clutch lever
and open the throttle. Your vehicle should
move smoothly and accelerate gradually.

the clutch does not work correctly, see your
dealer.
