fade.
During request creation, Support Service
symbol will fade if your request is not de-
livered to customer services. See:
Troubleshooting
Support Service Request Cancellation:
Your request should be successfully de-
livered to customer services and the symbol
is continuously illuminating, if you wish to
cancel your request. To cancel;
1. Press and hold Support service key for
3 seconds.
2. Support Service symbol will start blink-
ing.
3. Once the request is successfully can-
celled, the symbol will fade.
Troubleshooting:
If the light of support service symbol is not il-
luminating, fades immediately or blinks con-
stantly after you push on the support service
button:
• Make sure your product is added on
HomeWhiz and connected to the Internet
network at your home.
• Make sure you have a HomeWhiz account
and your phone number is entered on the
HomeWhiz application.
• This function will not work if you have no
Internet access. Check your connection.
• Check if the number you entered on the
HomeWhiz application is correct.
If your product's wireless network
function is disabled, it will be en-
abled when you push on the support
service button. Wireless connection
will stay enabled unless you turn it
off after support service is com-
pleted.

6.9 End Time

Time display
When the end time function is selected, the
remaining time until the programme starts is
shown in hours such as 1h, 2h, and the re-
maining time to complete the programme
after your programme starts is shown in
hours and minutes as in the 01:30 example.
Programme duration may differ from
the values in section "Programme
and consumption table" depending
on the water pressure, water hard-
ness and temperature, ambient tem-
perature, amount and the type of
laundry, auxiliary functions selected
and the changes at the mains
voltage.
After a certain period of time after
the end time function is activated,
the machine goes into standby
mode and some LEDs on the screen
turn off. If there is any user input, the
LEDs will turn on again.
With the End Time function, the start-up of
the programme may be delayed up to 24
hours. After pressing End Time Setting but-
ton, the programme's estimated ending time
is displayed. If the End Time is set, End Time
Setting indicator is illuminated.
In order for the End Time function to be ac-
tivated and the programme to be completed
at the end of the specified time, you must
press Start/Pause button after adjusting the
time.
