Blade-Control Switch (Power
Takeoff)
The blade-control switch, represented by a
power-takeoff (PTO) symbol, engages and
disengages power to the mower blades
Hour Meter
The hour meter records the number of hours the
engine has operated. It operates when the engine
is running. Use these times for scheduling regular
maintenance
(Figure
5).

Fuel Gauge
The fuel gauge is located within the hour meter, and
the bars light up when the key switch is in the O
position
The indicator light appears when the fuel level is low
(approximately 1 gallon remaining in the fuel tank).
Safety-Interlock Indicators
There are symbols on the hour meter that indicate
with a black triangle that the interlock component is
positioned correctly
Battery-Indicator Light
If you turn the key switch to the O
few seconds, the battery voltage displays in the area
where the hours are normally displayed.
The battery light turns on when the key switch is
turned on and when the charge is below the correct
operating level
