LED error status

The camera has four LEDs on the rear panel:

Resolving problems

The following table is intended to help identify the causes of
malfunctions and correct them where possible.
Malfunction
No image
transmission to
remote location.
No connection
established, no
image
transmission.
Bosch Security Systems
Two LEDs indicate the camera status (red for error; green
for OK)
Two LEDs (green and orange) beside the network
connection indicate the LAN and PoE status
Possible causes
Defective camera.
Faulty cable
connections.
Incorrect encoder
stream property set
for connection to
hardware decoder.
Incorrect unit
configuration.

Solution
Connect a local
monitor to the
camera and check
the camera function.
Check all cables,
plugs, contacts and
connections.
Select the H.264 MP
SD option on the
Encoder Streams
configuration page.
Check all
configuration
parameters (reset to
factory default if
necessary).
