TROUBLESHOOTING > If you think there is a problem

While the PC was running music software and the power of this product was ON, you connected
your PC to this product, and you switched the product's input to "USB DAC".
Close the music software and then, try the following steps:
aAfter turning this product OFF, connect your PC to the product.
bTurn the product ON.
cSwitch the product's input source to "USB DAC".
dStart the music software on your PC and play music files.

The audio output device of your computer and/or application are not configured correctly.
Check the settings of the audio output device of your computer and/or application. For more details,

An audio signal is being input that this product does not recognize.
Input an audio signal in a format and sampling rate that this product can play. For more details, refer to
