10.2 Operating faults

Fault
The burner goes into
lockout mode during
operation.
(*) In digital applications the burner goes in lock-out after 4
flame failure (for flashing frequency See "Ignition prevented
in case of extraneous light" on page 21).
(**) In analogic applications the burner goes in lock-out if after
a recycle the flame signal isn't present at the end of safety
time.

Possible cause
Flame failure.
Analogic fault

Clean or replace the flame sensor.
Replace the dirty or deteriorated nozzle.
RED
Check the efficiency of the flame sensor.
Steady ON
Check the efficiency of the piston on the
(**)
pressure adjuster.
Check the efficiency of the pump cut off valve.
The manufacturer cannot accept responsibility for
any damage to persons, animals or property due
to error in installation or in the burner adjustment,
or due to improper or unreasonable use or non
WARNING
observance of the technical instruction enclosed
with the burner, or due to the intervention of un-
qualified personnel.
