C. Lines restricted.
A. Dispensed product BRIX
varying because:
Syrup and/or water flow
regulator sticking.
Primary CO regulator

pressure insufficient.
B. Cylinder freeze-up causing
ice formation in center of
cylinder and liquid product
channels around ice
formation.
NOTE: DEFROST AFFECTED FREEZE CYLINDER
AS INSTRUCTED.
A. Dispensed product BRIX too
low.
B. Viscosity of dispensed product
not properly adjusted.

Remedy
C. Sanitize Unit as instructed.
a. Clean regulator(s).
b. Primary CO regulator must be

adjusted from 80 to 100-psi.
B. Refer to CYLINDER
FREEZE-UP.
A. Refer to BRIX (Water-to-Syrup)
''Ratio'' too low.
B. Adjust dispensed product
viscosity as instructed.
