Changing cassette sides
To switch from SIDE A to SIDE B
and vice versa, press 2
Note:
Once the tape reaches the end, it will
automatically switch to the other side
(autoreverse).
Skipping music tracks (S-CPS)
To select the next or other following
tracks, press
many times as required.
"CPS FF" and the number of tracks you
want to skip will appear in the display.
The tape will fast forward to the next or
following track as selected.
To restart the current track or select
one of the previous tracks, press
: once or as many times as re-
quired.
"CPS FR" and the number of tracks you
want to skip will appear in the display.
The tape will rewind to the beginning of
the current track or to one of the previ-
ous track as selected.
Repeating music tracks
Press 4 RPT >.
The track currently playing will repeat.
RPT will light up in the display. When
the tape rewinds back to the beginning
of the track, "REPEAT TRCK" will ap-
pear in the display.
To stop repeating the track, press
4 RPT > again.
Playback will resume normally. RPT will
disappear from the display.

TAPE DECK OPERATION
Scanning all of the cassette
tracks (SCAN)
Press OK ; for longer than two
seconds.
"CAS SCAN" will appear in the display.
Scanning will begin with the next track
in ascending order.
To stop the SCAN function, press
OK ; again.
The track currently scanned will contin-
ue playing.
Notes:
It is possible to adjust the scan
time. For more information, read
the section on "Adjusting the scan
time" in the chapter on "Radio Op-
eration".
To be able to use the S-CPS, RPT
and SCAN functions, there has to
be a blank space of at least three
seconds between the tracks on the
cassette.
Switching the display mode
To switch the display between the
tape side, counter, elapsed playing
time, remaining playing time and
the clock, press
longer than two seconds once or
repeatedly as required, until the de-
sired information appears in the
display.
