Electrodes

The Electrodes section allows you to define a standard stringing for populating the
electrode table.
The visible and configurable parameters on the page are listed below.
"Electrodes acquisition": the drop-down menu allows you to choose one of three
types of stringing:
Linear X;
Linear Y;
Linear Z.
"Number of electrodes": must be entered by the operator from the keyboard, up
to a maximum of 256 electrodes.
"Distance to": is the distance between two contiguous electrodes, it must be
entered on the keyboard by the operator.

Measurements

The Measurements section allows you to define the sequence of measurements and the
electrodes involved for each one. The image on the right of the electrode arrangement
relates to the selected measurement method.
The visible and configurable parameters on the page are listed below.
"Method": the drop-down menu allows you to choose one of the following
measurements methods:
Wenner Alfa tomograpy;
Wenner Beta tomograpy;
Wenner Gamma tomograpy;
Wenner-Schlumberger tomograpy;
Dipole-dipole tomograpy;
Dipole-pole tomograpy;
Pole-pole tomograpy;
Custom files tomography, this mode of input of the electrodes involved in each
measurement will be described in section 4.2.9.
"Number of levels": is the parameter that measurement methods use to calculate
electrode positions. The number next to the indication "Real number of levels" indicates
POLARES 32
