Step 1: Double-click the [My Computer] icon on your Desktop.
Step 2: In the [My Computer] window, locate and double-click the [Dial-Up Networking]
icon to launch the [Welcome to Dial-Up Networking] wizard

NOTE: If the network wizard does not prompt you, locate and click on the [Make a New
Connection] icon to launch it.
Step 3: Click [Next >] to start the Wizard
