Do not put objects into the cooling slots of the
battery charger.
Do not connect the battery charger terminals to
metal objects as this can short circuit the battery
charger.
Only use three-wire outdoor extension wires that
have three-prong grounding plugs and grounding
receptacles that accept the appliance's plug.
Use a residual-current device (RCD) for increased
safety. A residual-current device is installed to
prevent injuries from an electrical fault.
When you operate a power tool outdoors, use an
extension wire applicable for outdoor operation. Use
of a wire applicable for outdoor operation decreases
the risk of electrical shock.
Regularly make sure that the connection cord of the
battery charger is not damaged and that there are no
cracks in it.
Examine extension wires regularly and replace them
if damaged.
