Delicious galettes
Ingredients:
250 g buckwheat flour
1 egg
350 ml milk
350 ml cold water
1 tsp salt
50 g melted butter
Preparation:
Use a hand blender to mix the flour, egg,
milk, water and salt. Add the melted butter
and whisk until a fine, smooth mix is
achieved. Let the dough rest for about 1
hour before baking the crêpes.
Cleaning and care
∙ Before cleaning the appliance, ensure it
is disconnected from the power supply
and has completely cooled down.
∙ To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not
clean the appliance with water and do
not immerse it in water.
∙ Do not use abrasives or harsh cleaning
solutions.
∙ The housing should be wiped with a
damp, lint-free cloth.
∙ Take off the crêpe plate, rinse it under
running water and dry thoroughly.
∙ Clean the flip-over tool and the
smoothing tool in soapy water.
Wind-up power cord storage
A power-cord storage is located underneath
the appliance. Unwind the power cord
completely before operation. Ensure that
the appliance has cooled down completely
before winding it up again after thorough
cleaning.

enclosing your name and address and the
reason for return. If within the guarantee
period, please also provide the guarantee
card and proof of purchase.
