Basic Shooting
b. To stop shooting, press the red
START/STOP button again.
When recording stops, STANDBY will
be displayed on the LCD.
When a cassette is loaded and the camcorder is left in STANDBY
mode for over 5 minutes without being used, it will turn off autom
atically. To use it again, push the red START/STOPbutton or set power
switch to OFF and then back to CAMERA. This Auto Power Off
feature is designed to save battery power and to protect the tape
Head and tape.
Edit Search
You can view a recorded picture with EDIT
function in STANDBY mode.
EDIT allows you to reverse and EDIT
allows you to forward, for as long as you
keep the button pressed.
If you press EDIT button briefly in
STANDBY mode, your camcorder will
playback in reverse for 3 seconds and
return to the original position automatically.

Bleibt der Camcorder mit eingelegter Kassette mehr als fünf Minuten
im Betriebsbereitschaftsmodus (STBY), schaltet er sich automatisch
aus. Um ihn wieder einzuschalten, drücken Sie die rote Taste START/
STOP oder stellen den Schalter für den Betriebsmodus auf OFF und
anschließend wieder auf CAMERA. Diese Ausschaltfunktion spart nicht
nur Akkustrom, sondern schont auch die Videoköpfe und das Band.
