( When the unit has not been operated for more than 3 minutes, the
display will dim automatically.)

Select one of the 用户记忆 buttons with a saved
course.

Saved 用户记忆 button will light. (Example:
After body scanning, massage with saved settings will start.
To delete the saved settings

Press
to turn on the power.

After the auto course has finished, or when the
massage is completed by pressing
the course
: Your preferred settings (pages EN20 – EN21, EN33 (volume)) are
displayed and the 用户记忆 buttons will flash.

Select and press one button from
that you would like to set while the buttons are
flashing (approx. 15 seconds).
