18.4 Disposing of the old device

Do not install the appliance behind a
door that blocks or prevents the
appliance door from being opened.

If the appliance is no longer used, pull
the mains plug from the mains
connection cable, then cut through the
mains connection cable and destroy the
lock on the appliance door so far that
the appliance door no longer closes.

for a period of at least 10 years after
your device has been placed on the
market within the European Economic
Area.

production number (FD) can be found on
the type plate of the device.
Depending on the model, the identification
plate is located:

inside of the maintenance
flap.
¡On the back of the unit.
You can make a note of the data so that
you can quickly find your device data and
the customer service telephone number.
