OPERATING PROCEDURE
4. Removing the fan motor
(1) Remove the oil filter. (See Figure 1)
(2) Remove the control box cover. (See Photo 2)
(3) Remove the room temperature thermistor connector (CN20)
on the indoor controller board. (See Photo 3)
(4) Remove a filter rail that is the nearest to the control box.
(See Photo 4)
(5) Remove the fan guard. (See Photo 5)
(6) Remove the room temperature thermistor together with the
holder at the right side of the casing.
5. Removing the fan motor and the sirocco fan
(1) Remove the oil filter. (See Figure 1)
(2) Remove the control box cover. (See Photo 2.)
(3) Remove the fan motor relay connectors (6P) in the control
box. (See Photo 3)
(4) Remove the 2 filter rails. (See Photo 1, 4)
(5) Remove the fan guard. (See Photo 5)
(6) Remove the lower casing. (See Photo 6)
(7) Remove the green earth wire from the motor support.
(See Photo 7)
(8) Remove the 2 screws (M5 × 12) for motor support, and
remove the left and right motor supports.
(9) Remove the fan motor together with the sirocco fan.
(10) Remove the 2 set screws (M6) to separate the fan
motor from the sirocco fan.
