Customizing messaging options
You can optimize Messaging according to your work environ-
ment. For example, you can change the way your messages
are displayed, specify how you want your messages to be
sorted, specify the volume and limit the size of messages
you want to automatically download, and change your syn-
chronization schedule.
Accessing Options menu
On the Home screen, select Start > Messaging. Choose
the account, press the Menu > Options. Select the option
to customize. Modify the settings to change, and press
Done.
The following table lists the Options found under Menu Mes-
saging functions:

Change the message information
displayed in your inbox.
Specify whether you want to include
an original copy of the message in
your reply, save a copy of your sent
message, or use Unicode for SMS
messages.
Edit the predefined text so that you
can insert in messages.
Add a signature in messages.
Set up your accounts.
Import SMS messages from a SIM
card to your inbox. The messages
are not removed from the SIM card
after they are imported.
