Put the microphone cable into the cable holder.
See page 52 on the settings for the audio recording.
When detaching the microphone cable
 Detach the microphone from the microphone holder.
 Unplug the microphone plug while pressing the release lever down.

Attaching the lens hood with lens cover

Align the marks on the lens hood to those on the camcorder (), and turn the lens hood in
the direction of the arrow  until it is locked.
