Charging

WARNING
use an extension cord. Follow all charging instructions and do not charge Spabot outside of the
temperature range specified in the instructions. Charging improperly or at temperatures outside of
the specified range may damage the battery and increase the risk of fire.
The cleaner is shipped with a partial
charge for safety. Fully charge the
cleaner (4 hrs) before using it for the
first time.
1. When charging, place the cleaner
on a flat surface in a clean, dry,
well-ventilated area indoors,
preferably inside your home, a
garage, or shed, with an ambient
temperature between 40ºF (5ºC)
and 104ºF (40ºC).
NOTE: When charging, the cleaner
must not be exposed to
direct sunlight, heat ignition
sources, pool chemicals or
water. Do not position in
direct contact with soil or
humid environments.
2. Connect the battery charger to the
back of the cleaner.
NOTE: The charger plug is keyed
and only fits into the charging
port one way.
3. Plug the power cord into a GFCI-
protected power outlet. The Battery
LED will be flashing Orange to
indicate power is on and the
cleaner is charging.
