Right Needle; Left Needle - Baby Lock Victory BLS3 Instruction And Reference Manual

Right Needle

1. Turn the handwheel and line up the green marks on the machine and the handwheel.
Set the needle threader selector on "R" for right needle. (fig. A page 18)
2. Place the thread on the second spool pin from the left on the thread stand. (illustrated below)
Thread needle thread guides 1 and 2, then through the groove on the front of the machine and
through guides 3, 4, 5, and 6.
3. Lower the presser foot to engage the tensions.
4. Using the Needle Threader, thread the right needle. (illustration below; position 7) (refer to page 18)

Left Needle

1. Turn the handwheel and line up the green marks on the machine and the handwheel.
Set the needle threader selector on "L" for left needle. (fig. A page 18)
2. Place the thread on the first spool pin on the left side of the thread stand. (illustrated below)
Thread needle thread guides A and B, then through the groove on the front of the machine and
through guides C, D, E, and F.
3. Lower the presser foot to engage the tensions.
4. Using the Needle Threader, thread the left needle. (illustration below; position 7) (refer to page 18)
