1. Unscrew the cap 14 from the valve
bonnet 2 .
2. Loosen the lock nut 10.
3. Loosen the set screw 11 until the
compression spring 9 is released.
4. Remove the washer 13.
5. Loosen the cylindrical screws 15 with
nuts and protective caps.
6. Remove the valve bottom with the
O-ring 16.
7. Clean the valve if it is heavily soiled.
8. Hold the piston 4 with an appropriate tool
from below to prevent twisting.
9. Simultaneously unscrew the cylindrical
screw 12 from above with an Allen key
and remove it.
10. Remove the compressor 5 .
11. Remove the diaphragm 3.
12. Remove the piston 4 downwards.
13. Remove the compression spring 9.
14. Remove the lip ring 17
Reassembly is the same procedure in

reverse.
