Configuring the PS Driver Security Utility

Select the printer.
• User ID
Input the user ID (8 numbers maximum) to be used for Mailbox or Secure Mailbox.
• Password
Input the password (4 numbers) to be used for Secure Mailbox.
• Department Code
Input the department code (8 numbers maximum) to be used by the accounting manager.
• Local Host IP Address
Displays the IP address where notification of completion is to be sent.
• OK
Stores the input values and closes the utility.
• Cancel
Cancels the input values and closes the utility.
