rear-facing child restraint would be very
close to the inflating airbag. A child in a
forward-facing child restraint can be
seriously injured or killed if the front
outboard passenger frontal airbag inflates
and the passenger seat is in a forward
position.
When a child restraint is being used, pay
attention to the following usage and
installation instructions and also those
supplied with the child restraint.
Always comply with local or national
regulations. In some countries, the use of
child restraints is forbidden on certain seats.
